Commission for a wedding gift

This is a commission for someone as a wedding gift to the couple.   Very large at 24x19 and took awhile to cover it all.  First time using Pan Pastels for the background, made it so much nicer than covering with tip of pencil.

Dual Commission

Did this for a friend I work with of his son.  Wanted two of them so I got to make the same mistakes twice!

Engaged Couple

Commission for an engaged couple to be married soon.  11x14 on Bristol paper in pencil.
Did this for my daughter to give as a gift to the couple.

Papa

Papa Wilkins, brought back so many memories of him while doing this portrait. He was probably younger than me now when he had this photo taken and seems strange to be older and drawing him as younger. He and my grandmother Addie raised some wonderful children, my mom included!
